The Food Guru offers a food and cookery demonstration service. This service has been used to it's full advantage in a range of environments.
Retail Stores
Demonstrations in full view of the customer not only provide a focal point in-store, but when demonstrated hand in hand with promotional equipment, are proven to increase sales. The brief is written specifically for the store, with the chosen store promotion(s) marrying up perfectly with the foods being demonstrated. From all day presence to one hour slots, we can meet your requirements.
University
Targeting the "Younger Adult", these demonstrations are extremely effective as they offer an opportunity to show the students how to cook for themselves quickly, cheaply and most importantly- nutritionally. We offer tips, literature and lots of interaction to help this particular age group along their way in the big wide world. These demonstrations work particularly well with a local retail partnership. The store can offer ingredients, promotions and money off vouchers to the students.
Schools
From working towards Key Stage One, right up to Key Stage Four, there is always something in the cookery curriculum that can be accentuated with a live display. Visits from chefs have proved very popular with younger children in particular, and working alongside the teaching staff, projects and worksheets can be developed inline with the childrens level of learning.
